Head of Digital Studio
Our London HQ office is now seeking a Head of Digital Studio to be part of of the senior leadership of the award winning 17-strong marketing team at Carter Jonas. Our Head of Digital Studio sets the direction and strategy for our market leading digital campaigns and marketing platform.
Leading the team of four digital marketers and working with our specialist Marketing business partners, the Head of Digital Studio leads the firms efforts to attract, convert, acquire and retain customers across all of the various markets, sectors and geographies in which we are active.
Based in our Head Office in Central London (W1) you will be a digital marketing leader with a proven track record for building and operating multi-channel digital marketing models. You will be confident in the project management of key suppliers, implementing complex system integrations and focussed on proving the ROI of digital activity as part of a fully integrated sales and marketing strategy.
Working across all marketing channels and digital touch points you will need experience of: social, PPC, SEO, online chat, automation, digital PR/influencer marketing, portals, direct/email, CRM, UX/UI and CMS. You will be confident with content marketing and creating strategies for the creation and distribution of complex thought leadership campaigns.
Finally you will be a team player who can present complex solutions at board level to achieve buy in and gain consensus. You will have a track record of motivating those around you to excel at what they do. Challenging your team to grow and develop, working on personal development and helping to enable their career goals and aspirations.
Property sector experience is preferred but not essential. Degree or equivalent is required. Competitive salary and benefits.
